Terms & Conditions

  • Premier Consulting Packages are for paid subscribers.
  • Consulting Sessions are 60 minutes. Your consultant will send a follow-up email with a summary of the session, including follow-up materials and next steps.
  • All Consulting Packages begin with a 10-minute kick-off call to review goals, set the agenda and schedule the first consultation.
  • Full refunds are available up to and during the kick-off call. Once the first consultation session has been scheduled, refunds are not available nor are they prorated for uncompleted sessions.
  • Consultation packages are valid for 12 months after purchase. Sessions can be schedule anytime during the 12 months after purchase.
  • Once your session is scheduled with your dedicated specialist, that time is reserved for you. Rescheduling or canceling Consultation sessions must be done with at least 24-hour notice of your session. Since canceled sessions after the 24-hour window do not allow us ample time to refill that dedicated time slot that was served for you, you will be charged for the missed session from your package.
