Underwriter Application Interview

Upon scheduling your application interview, the office of Bluhe Shire will create a secured online profile and encrypted link for document sharing. The following will be completed on the same day.

You will also have scheduled your first video call with an underwriter to begin processing.

Begin Step 1.

Receive the Initial Agreements: 72 hrs

Your file will be processed through standard due diligence. Upon completion your team will be assigned to complete your file and will offer three signed documents that will create the foundation for our agreement. 


The initial agreements are: 


  • Private Asset Under Management (PAMA)
  • Payment Guarantee Letter (PGL)
  • Invoice

Sign and Execute Agreement: 72 hrs

In most cases, the agreements will be sent to you via ADOBE encrypted signature. Upon execution, you will have three business days to fulfill any requirements on the three agreements offered. 


*You will be provided with a 3-day window to execute any obligations defined within the initial agreements.


  • Private Asset Under Management (PAMA)

Validation of Asset: 24 hrs

Validation of asset may include but not limited to the following examples: 


  • Bank Comfort Letter (BCL)
  • MT199
  • MT799
  • Bank Statement
  • Certificate of Deposit
  • Ready, Willing and Able Letter (RWA)
  • Project Funding Fees

Final Agreement(s): 72hrs

Your final agreements will conclude the structure for your file and will be offered a guaranteed performance agreement. Final agreements may include: 


  • Amendment to initial AUM
  • Non-recourse Loan
  • Collateral Agreement
  • Security Agreement
  • Grant of Asset
  • Insurance
  • Bond
  • Letter of Credit (LC)
  • Security Agreement

Monetization: up to 30 after confirmation

Pending structure of your needs and assets you will have access to funds up to 48 hours of issuance for project funding or trade.

Paymaster Account Access

Upon monetization and fulfilment of any bank fees your paymaster account will be created.
